Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Aura Prestige – Elite Hostess & Corporate Hospitality All cancellations or changes to services must be communicated in writing (email or official form) and will only be considered effective upon receipt of confirmation from Aura Prestige. Cancellation Conditions • More than 7 days before the scheduled service date → 100% refund of the deposit paid. • Between 7 days and 48 hours before the service date → 50% refund of the deposit. The remaining balance is retained to cover preparation, coordination, and staff mobilization costs. • Less than 48 hours before the service date → No refund. The service is considered due, as staff have been confirmed, mobilized, and reserved exclusively for the event. Special Cases • In the event of a change in the number of hostesses or the duration of the service, Aura Prestige reserves the right to adjust the invoice accordingly. • Delays, interruptions, or cancellations on the same day will not result in any refund. • Cases of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, unforeseen events) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, without any obligation for a refund. Customer Commitment Approval of the quote and payment of the deposit constitute full and complete acceptance of this cancellation policy.
